How We Can Help You
Getting from where you are to where you want to be
Interview Coaching
"Interview coaching" is too simplistic a term. Nevertheless, for ease of understanding, it serves its purpose.
Our multilingual team helps you prepare in the best way possible for that very important interview that you are excited, but nervous about.
Through this process we will:
-
Prepare a set of possible interview questions
-
Roleplay the interview with you to work through your nerves
-
Provide immediate feedback on your responses
-
Provide a summary of the recommendations in a personalised report for your references
Review of resume and cover letters
Sure, with Artificial Intelligence you can probably generate a CV or a cover letter in seconds, but how certain are you that it passes the "Turing Test"? Will you be caught off guard if you don't have a second pair of experienced eyes to review before you submit your application?
At Second Class Collective, we have reviewed thousands of resumes across various industries and we know what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for.
Don't risk it. Review it.

What is Interview Coaching?
How many times have you left an interview wishing you were more prepared?
Tired of asking your family or friends to roleplay the interview, when they themselves have very little experience in the corporate world, or is too invested in your success that they lose objectivity (and patience)?
We have helped hundreds of hopeful job applicants obtain their dream jobs. The key is to be prepared, and confidence comes from being prepared.
Whether you are a seasoned and experience applicant or a new graduate just starting out on the first rung of your career ladder, our interview coaching sessions will allow you to answer seemingly nebulous and open-ended questions, such as:
-
What is your leadership style?
-
How do you manage pressure in a work environment?
And the most dreaded:
-
What is your biggest weakness? (and no, "I'm a perfectionist" is not an answer)
Using the three step method below we'll coach you through the interview process, leaving you filled with confidence, and armed with responses that are tailored to your strengths and experiences.
Charges
Sessions starts at $90 for a single session. Additional sessions and in-person consultations will incur additional charges.

Step 1: Preparation
Begin with a 15 minutes commitment free consultation by filling the form below.
From this meeting we will be able to establish what support you need, and some key information (job description, date of interview, interview format).
Upon completion of the initial consult, send us your CV and the job description and we will agree on the next steps

Step 2: Role Play
We will conduct the faux interview either in person or digitally. We suggest matching it to the actual interview scenario. The interview will last for 30 to 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of an immediate impression from us of what went well during the interview, and what could be improved.

Step 3: Diagnosis
Within 48 hours we will provide a more comprehensive feedback via a 30 minutes session. This will include further details for improvements for your consideration, other questions and suggested responses that could come in handy, and anything else we think will improve your chances at the interview. A summary report will be shared at the same time.
